ABOUT THE CONFERENCE CALL FOR PAPERS

In order to ensure the implementation of paragraph 25 of Annex 2 “On measures to accelerate the development of cooperation with the Turkic states in the field of tourism”, approved by Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 338 of July 29, 2022, a scientific and practical conference is being held on the topic “Imam Bukhari, Darimi and Termizi: The School of Muhaddiths of Mawarannahr” on 22-23 November 2023 in Termez, Uzbekistan.

The conference will feature following themes:

- History and scientific-spiritual environment of ancient Termiz;

- Samarkand and Bukhara are the land of great scholars;

-Development of hadith studies in Mawarannahr;

- The study of the works of Imam Bukhari in modern studies;

- The role of the heritage and works of Imam Dorimi in the development of hadith studies;

- Study of the scientific heritage of Imam Termizi and Termizi scholars.

THE CONFERENCE WILL BE HELD ON NOVEMBER 22-23, 2023.
