Оn September 26, 2023, a memorandum of understanding was signed between the director of the Imam Tirmizi International Scientific Research Center, Muzaffarkhon Joniev (PhD in historical sciences ) and professor Fariza binti Sham, director of the Institute of Islam Hadhari at the University of Kebangsaan Malaysia.

Institute of Islam Hadhari (IIH), Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia was established on 10 May 2007 and was inaugurated by YABhg Tun Abdullah Ahmad Badawi, the 5th Prime Minister of Malaysia. Institute of Islam Hadhari (Institute of Islamic Civilization) is a multi disciplines research institute for Islamic civilizational studies. The institute operates in four main areas: 
1.Politics and leadership;
2.Socio-culture;
3.Management, Economics and Business;
4.Science and Technology, Environment and health.

Memorandum signed as a result of the meeting in the spirit of openness and mutual respect serves as the legal basis for establishing cooperation between the two institutions in areas such as the study of the heritage of our scholars, research of rare resources, training of scientific staff members, conducting conferences and seminars.

Also, at the end of the meeting, professor Fariza binti Sham, director of the Islamic Institute of civilization, was presented with a collection of books published by the center, by the director of the Imam Termiziy International Research center.
